On August 22, 2024, Vulcanic-Triatherm accepted an invitation to the annual business reception in Suhl (Thuringia), where the company was named a finalist for the “MuT Award.” MuT stands for “Mittelstand und Thüringen” (SMEs and Thuringia). With this award, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and the Chamber of Crafts (HWK) of Southern Thuringia recognize companies’ remarkable resilience in times of transformation, their outstanding achievements and innovative ideas, as well as their entrepreneurial commitment.

In addition to economic success criteria, the assessment also takes into account factors such as new approaches to attracting and retaining talent, training, and a commitment to innovation.

VULCANIC TRIATHERM GmbH is a medium-sized company in the electric heating industry located in southern Thuringia. With approximately 240 employees, we manufacture electric heating elements of various types and for a wide range of applications.

Our success is built on a team of highly motivated and skilled employees who ensure quality, reliability, and innovation.

Even though we didn’t win the award this year, we are extremely proud of this recognition. It is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our amazing team, as well as a token of our appreciation for them. It encourages us to continue our efforts in these areas and to further strengthen our commitment to our clients, our colleagues, and the community.
