An important event at Vulcanic Neuilly!

As part of the implementation of the lean manufacturing project at our Vulcanic Neuilly site, the warehouse flow optimization project got underway in the 2ndᵉ quarter of this year.

The aim of this project is to improve the identification of incoming components and their placement in stock, to facilitate movements , and to optimize the search for components in stock.

The lean project team invested heavily in redesigning the new warehouse and achieving the objectives set. Several members of the management team were actively involved in the project, with the sole aim of continuous improvement.

Thanks to the cohesion of the teams, enormous progress was made during the two-week closure in August.
