A major event at Vulcanic Neuilly!

As part of the implementation of the lean manufacturing project at our Vulcanic Neuilly site, the project to optimize warehouse flow began in the second quarter of this year.

This project aims to improve the identification of received components and their putaway, facilitate movement, and optimize the search for components in stock.

The Lean project team worked tirelessly to reorganize the new warehouse and achieve the set objectives. Several members of management actively participated and were deeply involved in this project, with the sole goal of continuous improvement.

Thanks to the teams’ cohesion, tremendous progress was made during the two-week closure in August.
