Missions

  • Quality Management and Product Quality
  • Ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the value chain
  • Conduct, oversee, and evaluate quality controls and product audits
  • Analyze quality discrepancies and implement and monitor appropriate corrective actions
  • Handle customer complaints and internal quality reports
  • Conduct root cause analyses using quality management methods
  • Develop and update inspection plans, work instructions, and quality documentation
  • Conduct internal, client, and certification audits
  • Establish and analyze key performance indicators related to quality

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the quality team both functionally and hierarchically
  • Plan resources, organize, and coordinate employees within the scope of responsibility
  • Support and develop team members through coaching and training
  • Conduct employee reviews and contribute to performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as company standards
  • Work closely with production, engineering, logistics, and management to implement improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the quality management system

Profile required

Training

  • Completed technical training, supplemented by a technician's certification, an industrial foreman's certification, or an equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Several years of experience in the field of quality assurance or quality management at a manufacturing company
  • First managerial experience or proven experience in the functional supervision of teams

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in common quality methods and problem-solving tools
  • Experience using measurement and control equipment
  • Knowledge of applicable quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
