The Production Manager leads and coordinates all production activities, ensuring performance, quality, and fulfillment of customer commitments. He or she works closely with Management, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Human Resources to ensure a smooth and agile operation. He or she drives a culture of continuous improvement and ensures the optimization of human, technical, and material resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operational performance in alignment with Group objectives
• Participate in the development of strategic plans (product and manufacturing) and execute the approved plans
• Ensure regular and reliable reporting to management and the Group
• Monitor and/or anticipate changes in manufacturing capabilities
• Identify performance gaps and oversee corrective action plans
• Ensure employee safety through the use of PPE and ensure compliance with applicable regulations as well as company-specific policies
• Optimize staffing levels, skills, and team organization
• Identify and resolve major operational issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement and industrial transformation projects
• Oversee maintenance to ensure equipment availability
