As part of this program, participants (m/f/d) follow a traditional curriculum based on a practice-oriented system (specialized college and partner company). They study at the university and deepen their practical skills at the company during breaks from classes. Ideally, they earn their bachelor’s degree after 3 to 3.5 years.

To ensure a steady supply of qualified personnel in the long term, we also offer work-study programs in cooperation with the universities of applied sciences in Schmalkalden and Coburg.
