Missions

Reporting to Site Management and working closely with the Group EHS Manager, you will oversee the site’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and actively contribute to the development of a safety culture within the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with Group rules and standards;
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the Group’s HSE policy;
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the site’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct and update risk assessments and the associated action plans;
  • Monitor HSE performance metrics and plans;
  • Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for teams;
  • Assist managers in analyzing incidents and accidents, and help define corrective and preventive actions;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process in collaboration with the operational teams and the Group;
  • Ensure the reporting of EHS data and metrics;
  • Monitor internal and external HSE audits and inspections and implement the necessary corrective actions;
  • Develop and follow prevention plans and safety protocols;
  • Participate in HSE audits, self-assessments, and inspections;
  • Work closely with Human Resources on issues related to safety and prevention;
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (occupational health services, CARSAT, DREAL, insurers, local authorities, etc.);

Profile required

Training

A master’s degree (5 years of higher education) with a specialization in HSE or QHSE;

 

Experience

At least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, preferably in the industry;

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, MASE, UIC, etc.);
  • Proficiency in risk analysis tools and HSE regulatory requirements;
  • Business English (reading, writing, and speaking).
