Gas heating
Natural convection heating
Setting the scene
Natural convection air heating is based on a simple principle: electric heating elements (radiators, finned heaters, cabinet heaters) heat the ambient air, which becomes lighter and rises naturally. This movement creates air circulation without mechanical ventilation, allowing for silent and maintenance-free heat diffusion, ideal for industrial environments. It is commonly used to protect electrical cabinets and enclosures from moisture, heat the air or maintain the temperature in technical rooms and storage areas for sensitive products, or for drying applications. Robust and easy to integrate, these solutions ensure efficient and sustainable heat distribution in demanding environments.

Forced convection heating
Setting the scene
Forced convection heating with electric resistors combines a heating element (bare or finned resistors) with a ventilation system, allowing air to circulate through the resistors for rapid, even and controlled heating. This system is particularly well suited to industrial environments where precise, efficient performance is required, even in large spaces or demanding conditions. It is particularly useful in HVAC installations, for maintaining the temperature of climatic chambers or technical cabins, and for drying parts and components in production. It is also used for air conditioning in ventilated enclosures or for localized heating of workshop workstations. Compact, powerful and easily adjustable, forced convection heating can be flexibly integrated into a wide range of industrial applications.

In-pipe gas heating
Setting the scene
Gas heating in piping systems for industrial applications, using electric heating elements, can be carried out either directly, when the heating element is in contact with the gas, or indirectly, when the heat is transferred through the wall of the pipe or boilerwork. This system enables the gas temperature to be raised or maintained to high levels (300°C), even under operating pressures of up to several tens of bars. This system is used to heat gases in pipelines, maintain a stable temperature in distillation and refining processes, or prepare flue gases before they enter boilers or turbines. It is also used in power generation facilities and to maintain gas temperatures in thermal treatment equipment such as drying or sterilization.
