SEALED MICA BAND HEATERS
Ideally suited for heating cylindrical shapes in damp environments, in the presence of fatty matter, molten plastic, rubber, etc.(350°C maximum). Provided with brass or stainless profile shielding, brazed connection cover and clamping device offering compact overall dimensions.
Power supply voltage: 230 V 1P.
Output is by a flexible metal braid 1 m long protecting the two power supply conductors with one ground wire.

MICA BAND HEATERS
These collars resolve all heating problems for cylindrical shapes up to a temperature of 350°C. They are loaded to a maximum of 4W/cm2. The heating element is enclosed in a sheet metal structure; the fast coupling system allows easy assembly and disassembly. Power supply voltage: 230 V 1P. Outputs are by M5 or M7 ( starting from 350 W) threaded terminals.
Our technical advice :
Taking precautions, it is possible to open Mica collars with diameters ≥ 100 mm. This operation must only be performed once, taking care not to damage the heating part. Finalise tightening when the collar reaches its working temperature.
They are delivered without caps.

ARTICULATED CERAMIC BAND HEATERS
Collars allowing the heating of cylindrical shapes up to maximum of 700°C depending on load, consisting of a nickel-chrome resistive wire mounted on steatite elements. These articulated elements make the assembly particularly flexible.
Electrical connection is by threaded terminals.
